At Humboldt Specialty Manufacturing Co., we offer contract industrial sewing services working with foam, meshes, nylon, padded polyester, PVC, spandex, vinyl, laminations, vinyl coated polyester, cotton and synthetic canvas materials. Our capabilities include cutting, sewing and die cutting. Double straight, locking, zig-zag and overlocking stitch patterns are available. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported.

Our stitches are offered with features such as buckles, cord locks, grommets, hook & loop, snaps, ties, twist-locks, rivets, staples, zippers, elastic and webbing straps. We are capable of adjusting with the length, width, thickness and tolerance as per customer requirements. Custom dies are also available as tooling depending on the project.

Since we are your one-stop-shop, we provide several secondary services such as hot stamping, rapid prototyping, screen printing and thermoforming. Lead times are quoted on job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
